海外の名門バレエ団や日本を代表するバレエ団で活躍された一流の講師・振付家・芸術監督による指導、若手のダンサーやフリーランスダンサーのためのレッスン、舞台や振付家ごとに様々な出演のチャンスがあります。プロジェクトごとに出演者募集やバレエダンサーのオーディションが開催されます。ダンサーとして踊りながらバレエの仕事ができる機会が沢山あります。日本のバレエ・ダンスの総合サービス企業のマーティが運営する、バレエダンサーの集団です。A group of ballet dancers operated by Marty, a comprehensive ballet and dance service company in Japan. Develop ballet dancers through stage activities and develop human resources who can work in ballet. Auditions for ballet dancers are held for each project. Auditions and recruitment of ballet dancers are conducted throughout the year. There are instruction by first-class instructors and choreographers, lessons for young dancers and freelance dancers, and various opportunities for performances by stage and choreographer. 
通年募集して、通年採用。舞台活動を通してバレエダンサーを育て、バレエを仕事に出来る人材を育成。若者の未来に向けて、将来性のある活動をし続けます。クラシックバレエ、コンテンポラリーダンス、キャラクター、バレエダンサーのためのボディコンディショニングクラス、トレーニング、レパートリー、バリエーション、パドドゥクラスなどを開講。バレエ団所属のアーティスト、ソリスト、フリーのダンサー、バレリーナ、コンテンポラリーダンサー、海外のバレエスクール卒業生やダンスカンパニー所属のダンサーが集まります。バレエ経験・留学経験豊富な専門スタッフが運営をサポートします。バレエに最適な床やスタジオ環境です。英国・アメリカ・フランス・ドイツ・ロシアのバレエ団やカンパニーとのネットワークがあり、海外バレエ団のダンサーやスクールの講師、振付家を招へいする特別プロジェクトも開催。全幕公演の主催、バレエ発表会へのゲスト出演、ガラコンサートへの特別出演、コンクールへの客演などがあります。
